From 2017 to 2022, Fredrick worked as a licensed civil engineer - Project Supervisor, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Civil Engineer, and Design & Engineering Operations In-Charge across five companies - running site inspections, structural QA/QC, cost estimation, contractor bidding, and cross-functional coordination on live construction sites. He passed the civil engineering licensure exam in November 2016.
In 2023 he rebuilt that foundation inside IT, applying the same inspect-before-you-trust discipline to enterprise systems: supporting network infrastructure at Accenture, then managing Tier-2 network and security operations for the Asian Development Bank project at Indra.
Today that discipline is pointed at a new frontier. He treats AI as a genuine collaborator in the build process - pairing with it on architecture decisions, data pipelines, and interface design - and is actively shipping two full applications this way: a hero-matchup analytics engine for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, and a live cryptocurrency dashboard with its own ETL pipeline. The goal is a full move into AI engineering, building on an already-proven habit of verifying everything before it ships.

Network & Deskside Support Engineer
May 2025 - Present- L2 network escalation & incident resolution: Root-cause isolation for Zscaler connectivity, DNS conflicts, website whitelisting, and Wi-Fi/internet issues across ADB offices and remote setups.
- ZPA firewall onboarding: Primary point of contact for Zscaler Private Access onboarding, coordinating access requirements between IT Security and the Network team.
- End-to-end ownership: Clear status communication from initial isolation through resolution or L3 escalation.
- On-site diagnostics: Physical site visits to verify Wi-Fi coverage, wall port connectivity, and coordinate port activations with Facilities.
- Deskside support: Hardware provisioning, Active Directory resets, diagnostics, and detailed ServiceNow ticket logging.
Custom Associate Software Engineer
May 2023 - Feb 2025- Application portfolio management: Tier-2 support across 50+ enterprise applications, from high-security systems to niche low-volume tools.
- Data & integration troubleshooting: Investigated production data errors using Oracle SQL and Microsoft SQL, tracing pipelines through Dell Boomi and TIBCO.
- Change management: Authored and executed Change Requests and Service Requests for backend updates and Windows Server / SQL Server upgrades with zero downtime.
- Incident coordination: Rotational Incident Coordinator, keeping global operations uninterrupted throughout each incident lifecycle.

Jul 2021 - Sep 2022- Technical design & estimation: Site surveys and field measurements supporting 2D CAD shop drawings, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation for architectural product proposals.
- Supply chain & logistics: End-to-end material delivery coordination with client architects, warehouse teams, and site crews.
- Permitting & scheduling: Managed permitting and delivery scheduling across multiple concurrent projects, aligning with individual client site rules.

Project Civil Engineer
Jan 2020 - Feb 2021- Owner's site representative: Daily structural QA/QC inspections on a multi-story commercial development to ensure adherence to approved plans and building standards.
- Pre-pour inspection & sign-off: Formwork alignment and rebar checks before approving concrete pours.
- Defect remediation: Coordinated with structural consultants and subcontractors to remediate honeycomb defects, including witnessing on-site high-strength repair mix testing.
- Casting supervision: Supervised major concrete casting operations and delivered live progress monitoring and reporting to project owners.

Nov 2018 - Jan 2020- Full lifecycle project management: Managed General Contractors from bidding through construction to final structural turnover across multiple fuel station developments in Bulacan.
- Scope & bidding: Defined detailed project scopes and evaluated competing contractor proposals to select qualified bidders.
- Compliance enforcement: Enforced material compliance against approved engineering drawings and site safety protocols.

Aug 2017 - Nov 2018- Off-hours renovation delivery: Managed interior renovation projects, including teller counter expansions, for BPI Southern Luzon bank branches within tight, weekend-only build windows.
- Client-facing design: Met directly with BPI architects to draft 2D CAD layouts and secure formal client approvals ahead of site mobilization.
- Crew supervision: Supervised two concurrent six-person site teams alongside specialized electrical subcontractors.
